I've visited all but one Footlocker in the Dakotas (Sioux Falls) and I would have to say that Bismarck's location is among the best. The store is neat and displays a great selection of sneakers, the staff know what they are talking about and are relatable and friendly, and the music is top notch. Only gripe is that the music was a tad loud, it made it difficult to speak at a comfortable level.
Very great intelligent customer service as soon as I walked into the store, to when it was time for me to leave, before I end up walking out with no money. Lol have all the freshest kicks up on the wall. Great place!
Even though we didn't get what we needed from foot locker, the gentlemen were patient and willing to get anything we wanted to try on. They had great advice and tried to narrow it down for us. The type of shoe we were looking for is probably not in North Dakota but it was definitely fun shopping at foot locker.
not enough sock to match shoe
I had a great experience at this store. All of the employees are very social, helpful, and seem to love doing what they do. I wanted to buy a pair of Jordan's that I couldn't order online and the store didn't have them in stock. One of the associates called around, and after about 10 minuets he was able to find me a pair at another store. They shipped them to Bismarck for me and I was able to pick them up in a few days. I normally just shop online, but now I feel like coming into the store is a better option just because of the way they care for the customer.
