Once upon a child used to be my go to for my daughter. Sadly, they no longer have her size but we just discovered this place and i love it! Good prices, helpful staff and they even had stuff for dad! (me).
Great prices! The store was very clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. Easy to fine someone for fitting rooms.
Terrible place! You might as well sell your stuff online. They gave me $10.00 for a pair of really nice Missme Jean's. They never take anything.... and they are all snooty!
If I could leave zero stars I would. Today I went into the Bismarck store to sell some clothes and hopefully leave with some new items. They wouldn't accept my items because I didn't bring them in covid approved receptacles. I was unhappy because I live out of town and knew nothing about this policy. I the went on their Facebook page and left 2 comments on 2 different posts. I wasn't rude, I just voiced my opinion and was looking for answers. Instead of replying to my comments and answering a loyal customer's questions they blocked me and deleted my comments. That is extremely poor customer service and I will no longer support their business.
The merchandise is decent, however being followed by the staff while I'm shopping and ignored by the cashier's when it was time to PAY for the items I got watched for looking at, was very disrespectful. Might be time to hire a minority, J's!
