This is one of the most enjoyable American Eagle clothing stores i have been to. The staff is so friendly towards me and they are always asking if i need help as i browse though the store. One of the best times i had gone here was when a worker went out of her way to help me. She helped me decided what color i should get in their sweaters and she was so kind to me. No one in this store shows any type of judgement towards me and it makes me feel so comfortable shopping here. I really wish i could give this place more than 5 starts because the worker these people put into their positions is worth way more than what they get credit for.
The staff there were the nicest and the most helpful people ever. One of my Acrylic nails ripped up and she (Sarah a staff member) bandaged it and even buttoned my jeans so it wouldn’t make my nails worse. She got my perfect fit and style of jeans and leggings which was not easy (I’m newer to the store). She also informed us on deals and their store card. Very Satisfied!
I use to love American Eagle. I feel like they have fallen off in the line of jeans. Too many skinny jeans. Is there anything wrong with selling jeans that fit on a real life human, and not an actual Barbie/Ken doll? The jeans are RAGGEDY. I saw jeans with massive gaping holes all the way up both legs with strings hanging loose. This isn't cute..at all..They looked like they belonged to someone who lost a fight with a very angry bear. Worst of all, the jeans were $80. I don't want to say I'm done, but I'm done.
Went to get a birthday present, and the employees were so helpful in picking out the perfect outfit. I also got their surf perfume it actually smells nice. Would definitely recommend going in if you need a cute summer outfit.
Friendly staff, and great product. Love the jeans.
