I’ve been one of Hope’s clients for almost 3 years. She’s done numerous cuts and styles on my hair, and also several different color changes. She has also done tape in and beaded extensions in my hair. She always keeps my hair healthy and looking great! She’s patient with me and is always up for helping make the best decisions for my hair when I’m ready for a change. Hope has also done my lash extensions for over a year (both volume and classics) with excellent and consistent results. I leave happy EVERY time. There’s no one I’d trust more with my lashes and hair than Hope- she truly values her time with her guests and is passionate about her work. I highly recommend Hope and the salon!

So I don’t usually review places, but I feel like I need to! My sister in law recently got a haircut here and it was horrible!! The worst part was the lady who did it wouldn’t give her her money back! So not only did she lose money on the TERRIBLE cut, it took two more haircuts just to make it presentable! I just feel terrible for her and I feel like the least the lady could have done was return her money! Anyway, hope this review saves someone else from a similar experience!! The lady who cut her hair was named Hope.

I also hardly ever write reviews - I've written a positive one for someone in customer service who went above and beyond their duties, but this review is unfortunately the complete opposite. My girlfriend recently had her hair cut by Hope and all I have to say is look at the google photos - you'll know the ones when you see them. I am not artistic at all, but I know when a haircut is majorly botched. But that happens, no one is perfect. What I am writing about is the way the owner handled the situation - refusal of refund (so that at least that money could go to attempting to fix the cut elsewhere), deletion of reviews, not willing to work with the customer at all...just all around very shady. So, I'm sure Hope is usually on-point with haircuts, but user beware, if your cut does get botched, you'll end up with a mullet and out a couple hundred dollars and an uncompromising owner. Again, look at the user photos on the reviews, you make the call...
