This was my first time at this shop and I had two mechanical issues that I wanted addressed. One was the preventative replacement of the IMS bearing and the other was an unknown issue with the convertible top. Johnny was great to work with. All repairs were made and there were no surprises or additional charges. If you are considering IMS replacement, I strongly recommend that you talk with Johnny before going anywhere else!
The best Auto Shop in Wichita. They are honest, professional, fast, clean and repair experts. They only use top of the line tools and equipment, you'll get better service here than at the dealership.
The BEST Auto Service center I have ever been to. Driving a German car with over 400hp requires a knowledgeable, professional who can diagnose the vehicle correctly. German Motor Works is the place to go to!!!!! Excellent personal customer service, extremely fast turnaround time with consideration of que of cars waiting to be serviced. Price wise for work considering the quality and time spent is in all honesty Extremely Fair. And last but not least very nice facility, clean inside and out. 5+ ud83cudf1f's. This place is excellent. Incredible service. On many levels. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, helpful, etc. They show me the itemized bill to look over - no need - I trust them. Period.
