The wait was ridiculous. I called ahead and was told to bring it in. No one was there. Two plus hours later it was finally done. The staff was cool and did their best though. I'll go back.
After my last 2 experiences I will never take my car back to this place. The ppl at the registers are rude when taking the car in. They don’t bother calling when done and even go so far as to tell you it will be ready at a specific time. That seems like a good thing you might think...the time was after they closed!!!! Absolute horrid experience!!!
Needed 2 left blinker bulbs replaced due to a fast blink when using my left blinker. When I got my car back the left blinker did not work and all dash lights blinked with my turn signal. Had them look at my car again and instead of fixing the problem told me to take it to a mechanic. Took my car home to change the bulbs myself. Turns out the numnuts used a broken bulb, smart. Too under staffed to change a light bulb. Management did not care.
Got my oil changed here it was quick and fairly priced. The only thing I wish they would have done differently is answer the phone so I could have asked questions before I drove in. They never answer the phone.
Thus time in wasn't bad at all. The last time was in there, it wasn't very pleasant at all.
