In my time of need they came through above and beyond what I could have expected! I was in an accident the night prior and John with PacLease was amazing. They helped get me back on the road in no time! Being an owner operator I could not afford to just sit and not be on the road making money! They made sure everything was ready to go and it worked for what I needed! They even gave me a ride to the rental truck that was over an hour away! Great group of people and what a relief they have been! Thank you so much!

Wichita Kenworth Paclease. Needed a quick rental due to a breakdown and John was super easy to work with! Let him know what I needed and he took care of it at lightening speed. Got me on my way Quick. All personnel were super kind and helpful.

Had 2 issues within a week. The first they fixed in 2 days. The 2nd had an issue with the fan running all the time. The said it was the ecm and had it replaced, but after they reprogrammed it still didn't fix the issue and wanted to do more testing. It was going to cost us over $4600.00. So I had them reinstall old ecm and left. Got home and had a mechanic at a TA look at it and found that the A/C high pressure switch had loose terminals. He removed the connector and tightened the terminals and tested the fan and it worked. I haven't had any issue with the fan since. I won't have them do work without getting a 2nd opinion first.

If you want to spend hours for no reason and be charged and lied to straight to your face with a smile, then this is the place for you. Not only do they do it to small businesses they even do it to there employees. Over priced, too much time, not worth it, Go elsewhere, this isnt the first time they lied but it will be the last time. I would take your business elsewhere.
