Got a reasonable quote for work on my classic firebird, called later and put myself on the waiting list to have the work completed. Called three months later and now they don’t even have me on the list and say they are not even sure they do the kind of work that I need done. I have now called three times to speak to somebody, each time they say they will need to return my call but never do. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

The woman at the front counter is rude like nobody's business and the guy that came out to look at the damage apparently had someplace better to be. Tried to just shoot some crazy number off the top of his head to us and when I asked for him to write up a proper estimate he couldn't be bothered to do so. I've heard good things about this place so I tried them out, I wouldn't step foot back on the property after the treatment we got. I got three pretty reasonable sounding estimates, in writing from other shops around town with as good of reviews (all of them 1/3 or less than the $$$ number he threw out) and will be taking my work to one of them. Kind of depressed, I was hoping to see all this great work. Never made it near that far.

Took a while to get my car fixed after severe hail damage due to insurance. They did a great job, went over details with me and were very helpful. Very happy.
