City of Derby Public Works

I'm a city of Derby Employee It is a very professional place to work I love my job . I look forward to going to work every day. I have learned so much in my 17 years working for the city of Derby. It's a great experience we all take pride in making things beautiful And green.

They plowed 3 feet of ice onto my driveway making it imposible for me to get out. When i called they said since its on private property its no longer their responsibility. Thats like me dumping all of my trash onto someone elses drive way and saying its now their responsibility. This is the worst service ever.

They plowed 4 feet of ice blocks on my drive way. And im talking blocks of ice the size of a car tire making it imposible for me to get out. Even hammering at it wouldnt do anything. When i called them. They just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. I understand they cany focus on the driveways, but i see so many of their tricks pass, they could spare 1 for a pass by.
