This store is a true 5 star experience. The Derby KS team have their act together. They meet, greet, assess, and explain with great effeciency. I want to thank them for caring about my safety on the road. Watching these employees work was like observing an efficient race car team. Thanks again guys for getting those tires on my car! It drives better than ever.
This review is based more on all discount tires. Appointments mean nothing. If bob walks in off the street before you, he is seen before you and your appointment. So get here early or when they aren’t busy, cause its a gamble.nnHave no issues with service at all. Service is always perfect and employees are always helpful and nice. Prices are good, just double what ever time they give you for an estimate.
Great employees, great service! Hudson was amazing to work with, very patient and informative while I was looking for new rims. Definitely recommend this store 10/10!
Ordered tires on the 15th and they arrived the next day. Staff was friendly and very careful with my new wheels that they were putting them on. Service was quick and I have no complaints about anything. The store manager Jeremy was also extremely friendly and helped by providing some lugnuts that were more suited for my application to prevent any damage. It's a well ran store that i will definitely visit again for my other vehicles.
Friendly service, went here for a air check on my tires. They inspected the tires and filled it up. Also love the fact they are part of America's tires, so I didn't have to do a purchase in order to use service. Thumbs up.
