McLean Field

I rented out a building for my wedding. This place was very clean and well maintained. Full kitchen for the dinner and plenty of sitting room. This is an ideal place for any event. The rental fee is very reasonable.

Great facility for softball and baseball. Well kept fields. Play ground for younger children. Ample parking with a short walk. Some areas with trees. Nite lights for some diamonds. Watch out for speed traps on acess roads into park. Possible fishing creek on the way into park. Public restrooms in two or more places.

An impressive park particularly for a bit out of town. We were on a bike ride and stopped by to try out frisbee golf. Despite the fact that our frisbee throwing abilities are pretty weak we had a great time. We had some challenges in figuring out the hole layout as it wasn’t always totally clear where the next hole was but that might have also been our fault

This park has several ball diamonds, a group shelter, an enclosed shelter, and two playgrounds. Some of the equipment would benefit from additional maintenance, but overall it is a nice place to take your children for some exercise and fresh air.

Great area four the kids. New basketball court is ok. The rims are extra thick and launches the basketball abnormally.
