Excellent service staff!
Hands down the best Thermo King I've ever been to. I had an issue with my APU not charging the batteries (assumed it was the alternator) checked in a 14:30 sat for an hour in the nice drivers lounge when I was told my truck was done. It was the alternator, and the previous thermo king that replaced my controller didnt set it up correctly so it fried it prematurely. Hats off to these guys! Massive shop and awesome customer service! I was hooked back to my trailer and rolling less than an hour from checking in
Very friendly mechanic and service writer. Very informative, and were able to fix the previous shop's disaster along with my original problem very quickly.
If every dealership was to be as outrageous with the rates like this one I could not afford to have an APU unit on my truck. Lesson learned not to go back.
