North Star RV Park

An older park, with standard full hookups. Pads are level, but narrow, and leveling jacks angled off the pad. The owner insisted on guiding us into our site, which had an overhanging cedar tree, and he positioned us off the pad, which made leveling problematic. There were many other, more open sites available. There were many overbearing rules and poor customer service (yes, RVers are customers that are paying for services).nExample of rules:n1. RV pads are equipped with 20-30-50 amp service. Your pad rent allows you to use a maximum of 50 amps.n2. If you are a daily tenant, it’s imperative that you heat your RV with propane and not electric heaters.n3. For those of you who are on a restricted sodium diet, the sodium concentration in our water supply exceeds 100 ppm and you may want to use bottled drinking water.nnIn other words, the owners provide essential RV park services, and at the same time discourage their use.nnAfter a long days drive, and wanting to get a good night’s sleep, you may want to consider other friendlier RV parks.

The site is flat, that was important to us. Friendly people, full hookups. Only spent the night. Happy to pull through. XD. Covered water supply with heaters = genius!

Not very friendly people with a whole page of rules. Told us twice not to drink(rarely do we do that anyway). Cost $30.00 for 2 people, extra for each additional person. Did have full hookups. Our internet worked there. Small playground for children & appears they allow swimming in their pool in summer (closed when we were there). They have laundry but not coin operated so you pay in advance & use before 5pm. We have our own. They say to use your propane if you need heat, not your heat pump. I almost gave this 2 stars because of their attitude! It had rocked pads & there was one long enough for our 39 foot class A plus we parked our pickup in front of it.

Very pleasant stay. Overnight truck camper 30amp. The folks were very friendly and helpful. 3stool/showers/lava in ladies room. Older but still nice Good size not cramped. Sites were large, not on top of each other. Will stop by again. Mary is a fabulous artist and they have cards and prints. Awesome bought a couple but will get more next time. Loved her, the sweetest ever!!!

Easy in and out from highway. Man that was in office very friendly and went to site with us. We really like that. Neat, clean, quiet and perfect for an overnight. Would certainly recommend.
