Had an oil change. Guy comes out and tells me my front and rear brakes are worn completely out. Imagine my shock since I had just replaced the rear brakes last spring and the front ones scored just fine at my last oil change in July. The guy ended up rechecking them and finding out they are perfectly fine. I'm so happy I didn't pay an extra $225 for front and $225 for rear brakes if I would have taken their word for it.
My appointment was for oil change. They inspected everything. I could see my car being worked on from the waiting area. I was in and out in within 45 minutes. The service staff were very nice. I'm looking forward to my next service in a few months. I won't take my Rouge any place else.
Chance was amazing once again. He totally delivered and came through. We love our new Rogue and will continue doing business with you in the future
They were quick to note that I needed to have my tires rotated during my oil change. The need for the rotation was presented and clearly communicated. Well done on service!
I scheduled the oil change too soon (it's my son's car so I wasn't sure if he needed one or not). They called me to double check if I wanted to get an oil change as it was over a thousand miles away. That was pretty great. Thanks!
