Great group of individuals with the small town friendliness that speaks we are here to help you.. Words cannot do justice for the excellent customer service I have received from the service department, cashier’s, body shop and shuttle drivers. Always feel comfortable to walk through the doors at Barth Ford... Travis, Josh and Kevin are an awesome team !

NOT very happy. I called today at noon to make an appointment for this afternoon to look at a specific car. I told the salesman I was VERY interested in this car.nAn hour before the appointment, the salesman called to tell me they had just sold the car. I had already driven 40 minutes to get to town as I thought I would run a couple errands before the appointment. The errands could have waited for another day, so this ended up being a wasted 70-mile round trip.nIf you are not going to hold a vehicle for somebody who makes an appointment, SAY SO when the appointment is made. Why even bother making an appointment for a car that might not be there?nIs it too difficult to tell someone that you have another customer scheduled to look at the vehicle in an hour or two, and if they don't buy it, then they can have it? Or, if another customer had scheduled ahead of me to see the same car, could you not be polite and LET ME KNOW? I have experienced this at other dealers, and totally understood.nBased on this experience, I'm not sure if I will buy here again.

Steve was great to work with! He basically did everything for me from the beginning! He made me feel very comfortable as I had no clue what I was even doing aside from looking for a car. I will definitely be going back to him for any future vehicles.

Thanks to everyone at Bill Barth Ford for the great experience! You all helped make buying our new to us truck great. They were friendly and very helpful to deal with. We drove from 6+ hrs away and they helped us with every request before we got there. If they have another vehicle we like in the future we would definitely make the drive again.

The service people at Bill Barth were very courteous and explained what was done to the car. They also offered details of the inspection and what was needed to be watched for future maintenance work. Kooper took the time to really dig into the problem I described. Devon discussed the replacement of the turbo so we'll that I could picture the process. The service crew at Bill Barth has been fantastic!!
