An absolute joke. $4,100 for a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I bought this jeep in February. Walt said he kept the jeep for 5 days and drove it. Said he wanted it for himself but his dad told him he had enough vehicles. I went out of my way to message his wife, as we have history together (i still have our conversation) Hoping that him being a family man, he wouldn't screw me over. The alignment has been off since the day I got it, was supposed to get it into his shop so his mechanic could take care of it. Never got a call. Just recently found out that my headlights, that were installed by the previous owners, he said, are powered by stereo cord and are frying my wires so my headlights and tail lights, as well as all my wiring for my entire jeep is shorting out causing loads of complications. My headlights are not working causing my tail lights and brake lights not to work properly either. Been pulled over 5 times because of it. You'd think that his dealership mechanic would have looked throughly over a vehicle before purchasing it being it's preowned and an older vehicle.. my floor board on my passenger side is soaking wet and my low, medium, and medium high settings do not work either for my fan.nI went in to the office on Saturday with my concerns and was told I would get a call this week and he would find factory headlights to install from the junk yard. Of course, that's one of the reasons I paid so much for the jeep.. Not one call all week. I just called at 2:40pm today and was told nothing more than I already figured. Being a single mother and dropping $4,100 on a vehicle that has more issues than I can afford and being lied to just for someone to make an extra buck to take his own family on vacation, makes you an ugly person as well as greedy. I do NOT recommend 5 star motors to ANYONE!

Awesome people to work with. They Get the job done the first time. And get things done in a timely manner.. definitely recommended.

Had the best experience at 5 star! Thank you Walt for bringing a refreshing experience to the car lot. Was quite nervous buying a car from a car lot. Walt is very professional and honest. Have a vehicle I Love. Will tell friends and family to go see Walt for a 5 star experience!

Had a viewing to look at a vehicle and also asked for a vin number so we could get a insurance quote. That to me says that we are very interested!! Then sells it under us. Just another small dealership

Poor customer service. Vehicle barely had fluids in it. I do not reccomend this dealer.
