These guys went above and beyond on a New Truck Purchase for me! I was looking for a very specific truck and BisMan Autoworx had it. I spoke to Dalton who sent me several video's and pictures of it via text and e-mail. He went out of his way answering all my questions. I drove 12 hours and picked it up from Tyler and it was EXACTLY as described, if not better! I cannot recommend these guys enough! GREAT WORK! A+++++

Used their website to request details via their own site. No response. Once on phone with contacts listed on website, they are the usual fast talkers. No follow up on their end and won’t follow through with what they say. Their repair shop is more of a flip it type shop. Change rims, change tires, put in lift and then sell.
Worked with Dalton on purchasing a 2012 Kia Rio. He went above and beyond by having all the paperwork done amd ready to be signed by the time I arrived. After purchasing I noticed the oil was low amd needed changed. He had no problem covering the cost off a full synthetic oil change, a tire balance, a tire rotate, amd two bulb replacements. AMD this was after our purchase. There was no arguments and my wife and I are super happy with our purchase. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this conpany!!
