The cashier and drive thru lady was knowledgeable about the drinks and the company's promotions.

We have tried to be patient with this store but enough is enough. Where to start?! Well the Salmon Nouveau came without the capers. Never bothered to tell us when we ordered. The store is out they later told me. No maple schmear for the French Toast. Really? All the coffee drinks, blended and juice boosts, are sickeningly sweet. Diabetes in a cup! All the drinks are too sweet and weird after taste on our blended campfire. The Farmhouse sandwich literally had a half inch layer of cream cheese. Back off! And after reading all the negative comments for this store they need to go back to square one and fix management and product quality. Does Caribou even taste test their products before going live?! We are really done with Caribou.

The Nitro Cold Press tastes like actual water. Even in the most watered down cold presses I can usually taste a little coffee at least, but this experience was an exception to that. I ordered two of them, in hind sight I would paid for two to just have one that would of actually tasted like something besides water...

I went through the drive-through lane. The food is expensive and they take a long time to get it to you. My order was wrong and the food quality is mediocre. For the prices they charge, the food should be better than it is. For as long as it takes to get the order to the customer, they should get the order right. I'm not impressed. There are better places to eat than Einstein Bagels.

You know I really liked this Caribou and it's close to my work, but enough is enough... I've probably had at least 10 orders that have been made wrong.. It's hard to get it changed cause you'll have to wait in line again and then I'd be late for work.. Well today was the last straw.. (pun intended). I ordered a Caramel Latte and got sugar free something and that nastiness left a terrible aftertaste in my mouth.. Just had to throw it out. The bagels are good but I'll pass on the coffee next time...
