Domino's Pizza

Every time I try to order from this place they never answer the phone. I thought, 3rd times a charm but apparently these people hate business.nThe last time I was able to order online I didn’t get half my order, whole pizza and all the garlic sauce missing. These are definitely the “I deserve $15 an hour” people who literally can’t do one of the easiest unskilled jobs out there.

Horrible customer service and phone etiquette! I simply ask the gentleman if I had ordered previously with my cellphone number or was it with my landline. The gentleman was extremely rude and disrespectful because of his POOR/LACK of customer service I just hung up because I will never Patronize any business that gives horrible service. I would not ever recommend this location. I did however take my business to the south Seneca location and the manager there was awesome!

I had not ordered Domino's in probably 20 years but it was the commercials that got me to call. And this was some of the BEST FOOD!! We ordered some Pasta, a sandwich AND a pizza and it was the ABSOLUTE BEST!! When it got here it was HOT, not warm but actually HOT and it tasted fresh. All of it was really good. It was contactless delivery but the driver did knock on the door to let me know my food was here. I just had them set it in my porch but they don't just sit it on the ground, they used this little cardboard pedistal. I am VERY IMPRESSED with this DOMINO'S it's the one at 10231 W 21st. GOOD STUFF!!

It was bad. Supposed to have beef, mushrooms and cheese. Found the cheese but couldn’t find the beef. I did find 5 or 6 mushrooms. I think I’ll choose frozen pizzas next time. Couldn’t be worse.

Was put on hold until closing time just so they wouldn't have to take any more orders. Then they followed by hanging up. Whoever is working the night of 10/17/2020 12:20am
