Little Caesars Pizza

We placed our order online for portal pickup. We were given a pickup time of 5:55pm and notified that it was ready at 5:55. However, our pizza was not handed to me until 6:15pm. I asked for the manager and requested compensation for a future order. She snippily informed me she would not do that. Also she did not apologize for the delay in my order. We usually place an order at this location 2 or 3 times a week. We will not order from this location again

It used to be better. The last few times our pizza was messily put together and the last time we got our deep dish home and it wasn't even cut; AT ALL. How do you forget to cut the pizza? Its prices fairly but not been worth even the $8 =/

The pizza is ok for the price. What burns me is I go to get in and out so I order the hot and ready. It is never ready. I have been waiting 15 minutes so far, others walk out with pizza. My pepperoni isnt ready.

I went in to get a pizza. My total was $6.45. I gave her $12. She started to give me $4.55. And I pulled out my phone and did the math for her. I should have gotten $5.55 back. She said she typed in $13 and it said to give back $4.66. Its to the point the computers can't even do basic math.. Needless to say, I won't be going back..

No sausage available unless I wanted to wait with my client having food. The lunch combo is a great value.
