Today i went in and the person i was with didn't have a mask and physically cant wear one, the workers told her she needs one while there were 2 women without one just sitting there may i remind you they were not drinking or eating anything. They went on and told the person i was with that she needs one and wont serve her without one so i ordered for her and the only thing she wanted was 2 ice waters, when they were getting her drink they put there fingers in her water and got it everywhere i've never had such a bad experience.
I love Starbucks they have the greatest coffee friendliest people working there also they do really great job considering it's been covid-19 it's been crazy! But everybody like works as a team there and they help each other and then I love the app that I can just order my stuff with the Starbucks app and then I can just go pick it up I love that too I just love Starbucks.
I haven’t ever had a bad experience here but today I ordered a hot, venti, pumpkin spice latte and I got my drink and i didn’t notice until I drove away that it was a grande, and it was ice cold... it had a sticker on it that said 2 of 5 but my order was only 4 things. It seemed like it must’ve been sitting there awhile.. sad I have to go home and microwave my coffee ):
Long line at drive thru but it went very quickly!
