as for the complaints, coffee shops are generally smaller spaces....you don't go there to eat a five course meal. usually any discrepancy in order, the staff has always offered up the correct (or wrongly described or wrongly heard item) item at no charge or reimbursed the difference, in my experience anyways.......anywhere.nIts a coffee.....its good coffee....it is a small space and busy people providing it for you. If you don't want to wait a couple minutes for it.....go to the gas station?nNothing else in my day is as important as a good cup of coffee......and they have the best.
Great coffee and good prices
Asked for a Venti, they gave us a grande. No big deal, but when we asked about it they argued with us and spoke to us as if they were scolding a child. As someone who works in customer service it was definitely not the way to handle the situation.
Dirty mess... Tables, chairs everywhere. I was expecting better. Changed mind about getting a drink here.
Nice seating and service. Just that the drinks have to much foam in them. Need to stir the drink to be able to get the taste.
