Ryan Hodge knows his law. He is so up-to-date on Legal issues. He even Returns his telephone calls......unlike other attorneys. His prices are reasonable compared to other attorneys.

I was in a mess, my checks were getting garnished, my brother recommended Elaine Fleetwood, so I scheduled an appointment with her. She explained very well how the bankruptcy would work and if I didn't understand something, she helped me understand. so I decided to file bankruptcy, with a small down payment. Within a week the garnishments stopped. Anytime I have a question she gets back to me with a timely manner, and she is very friendly and understanding.

Ryan Hodge took my case pro bono. Said he could help me. About 6 months into the case he said he felt he needed to hire a expert witness or my case would probably be dismissed. Asked me for $3,000 to hire a expert witness. I am on disability and had to go to the bank and borrowed 2,000 to pay for expert witness. About 8 months before the trial date Ryan Hodge said he was no longer going to handle my case. When I asked Ryan Hodge about getting my 2,000 dollars back for the expert witness fee he took from me. He said well I lost more money then that . I would like my money back Mr.Hodge. I know that 2,000 dollars might not be a lot if money to you but it is to me.
