The cafe here is merely okay. The thing it has going for it is in the winter. The capitol and the DOT buildings are connected by tunnel so it is a place to get lunch and not go outside at all. That's a big plus.nnAs for the food it is okay, the prices are not great and there are never any specials on price. The soup is inexpensive though.nnIt's basically a place to feed either legislators when in session or state employees who didn't bring their lunch box.
