Great coaches, great classes for every level of fitness. Small classes make it easy for the coaches to work one on one with new and seasoned cross fit trainers. All ages, shapes, sizes and levels can feel welcomed and comfortable. I know I do!

If you’re reading this review it’s because you’ve never been to. CrossFit gym before and are searching, or you’ve been to similar gyms but are looking for something that’s a better fit. In both cases, I give my highest recommendation you come discover what’s different about Compelled Fitness. I’ll sum it up in one word: culture. The coaches here have built a culture rooted in treating everyone as a friend and neighbor, supporting your goals, no matter your current fitness level.nnIf you’re looking to get out of your comfort zone, improve your fitness, learn from superb coaches, workout with a group of super supportive people, and have your name shouted out when you walk in the door, give Compelled Fitness a try. If you want to workout anonymously with headphones on and not have a soul say a word to you while you’re there and suffer silently, you probably shouldn’t come here.nnIf you’ve read this far it’s because you really want to give it a try. Do it. No matter your age or fitness level, you will find people there that have been where you’re at and support you on whatever fitness journey you want to take on.

Awesome coaches. They put on a well run competition. Great set up to be able to do all of your free weight and gymnastic movements.

If you are looking for fun fitness this is the place to be! Compelled provides various workouts that get/keep you in great shape. There is something for everyone and they will work with you at your current level. They will also push you enough to accomplish your personal goals. They have an awesome knowledgeable staff and wonderful welcoming members.
