Parisi and their weight training program allowed me to not only raise my maxes in the weight room but helped me to maximize my own athleticism. In just around a month of training there I was able to increase my maxes, heighten my verticals jump, and bring my sprint times down. Leaving Parisi I felt more confident in my athletic abilities and excited for the upcoming baseball season.

Great training facility to have in Wichita. Sheldon has set up a great place to build not only physical skills, but life skills to take forward as well. Great for all skill levels looking to improve.
Last year Sheldon, and his team, worked with my group of high school baseball players. In the time they spent in the program you could see dramatic changes in their performance. Not only were they better on the field, but their overall self-confidence increased as well. It was fun watching them work individually, and as a group to work on bettering themselves. Any, and all questions that were presented were answered in a professional manner. Their passion for sports, training, and self worth makes a perfect scenario for anyone wanting to better themselves. Thank you Parisi!!!
This place is one of the best complexes I've been to. The trainers are knowledgeable and show you what it takes to be a real athlete. Let's make this place big because it deserves it. You want to perform better in everyday life? Just come here and they will show you what it takes just to do that.
