I have enjoyed my 5:30am class. Not only have I lost pounds, but I have gained friendships through a common goal. Everyone is super supportive. I am grateful that I not only received fitness instruction, but also a nutrition plan that fit with my goals in mind. I enjoy Jamie and Tyler's instruction and motivation and support. Wonderful place to find yourself!
This was great experience and awesome place to be a part of. Tyler and his trainers at Xtreme Sports Fitness offered me incredible guidance and awesome meal plan to follow. The classes they offer works perfect for anyone's schedule. I highly recommend this place. - Thank You Tyler!
The classes are amazing! Every day is something different and a new challenge! I love how the trainers incorporate different equipment to keep things interesting. The 5:30am class is the best way to start your day!
I love my 530 am class. Not only are the trainers AWESOME! But everyone else is a team and we all are there to support and encourage each other to our goals. We laugh, sweat, and have way to much fun. BE THERE OR BE SQUAREud83dude1d.
I have been attending this facility for a week now for the weight loss program, as I am a man who enjoys beer and fatty foods (but that's beyond the point). I was pretty skeptical at first, considering it was a free program. I signed up and worked out. It kicked my butt. I was sweating and moving to the groove as much as I could. I crawled out of bed the second day and was sore all over. The atmosphere is inviting and we all push each other to the next level. I am down a few lbs already. If you are serious about weight loss, then I highly recommend you come in and check it out and follow the plan as designed. Cool people, cool atmosphere, and no judgment. 5/5 would do again.
