The workout is phenomenal, the environment is fun yet challenging, and the owners are the absolute best.
Hot Asana is the best. Not at all the workout I was expecting when I first came to the studio. It’s 90 degrees inside (yes 90) and it’s very different from other workouts. There are variations to the majority of moves so you can make it as easy, or as hard as you want depending on how you feel. It’s an overall strength, flexibility, and stability exercise. It’s very obvious that staff is passionate about their work. 10/10, just try it.
LOVE Hot Asana!!!! Such an amazing yoga studio! The instructors are all super knowledgeable and know how to individually help each student regardless of where they are in the practice. Hot Asana has created a community where all are welcomed and challenged. The cold washcloth at the end of class is an awesome way to end each practice! Highly recommend for anyone thinking about yoga whether you are a new student or have been practicing for years! ud83dude03
I have absolutely fallen in love with this yoga studio. The community is incredibly supportive, the teachers are so knowledgeable and kind. There is a great variety of classes to fit whatever you'd like to do, the day/time you'd like to go, and whatever level you want to start. I have seen amazing progress in my strength, fitness goals, and just my general attitude as I have come to the mat over and over again. I would definitely recommend Hot Asana!
