Called on Monday to arrange a day to give a bid. The manager was out and a gentleman said he would have him call me. Waited until Wednesday, 2 1/2 days later and no phone call. So, I called them. The lady who answered, I think her name was Amanda, when I informed her of the situation told me the manager was out and she could give me his cell phone number. I told her no and they missed out on a bid. She said ok, I’m sorry. She seemed very unconcerned.nnWhat is worse, one of their technicians (Juan I believe) had been to out to our home about 3 weeks ago. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I called them for a bid only because I was impressed with their technician. To be honest I probably would have given them the job but apparently they are not that interested in any new business so I didn’t give them any.
Would recommend to anyone! Very knowledgeable electrician. Super friendly and professional. Explained everything I had questions on and got everything working perfectly. Great job Curtis. Thank you so much!
They did the electrical for our pool about 8 months ago. We had an issue with our breaker switch for our pool pump. It just quite working. I wanted to let everyone know they were back out and fixed the problem right away. We also had another electrical outlet put in my home office. I think they do great work and they take care of their work down the road also!! Nice job guys!

Called to have a ceiling fan repaired. (Was initially told they could repair ceiling fans). Electrician was unwilling to repair the fan. Management actually contacted me to refund my service fee. Appreciated the prompt follow up and timely resolution.
