I hired them to install a new circuit and an over the range microwave. It seemed like they just couldn't figure out how to do it. I didn't realize it was such a hard thing to do. At every obstacle he was asking me to come and look at what he was dealing with, which some people may appreciate. He started by asking if he could cut a hole in my basement ceiling so he could run the line. He said he would cover it with a register grate so it would blend in. I approved it. Then he told me he couldn't go in that way because the upstairs bathroom lines were in the way. He said he made a mistake and that he should have paid better attention to the bathroom being there. So he instead cut a hole behind the range so he could see where the bathroom lines were and not cut them. When he finally hung the microwave, he left the microwave door open so I could put the glass plate in and said they'd bill me and left. I went to look at the microwave and closed the door and saw a big scratch in the front of the door. They were still in the driveway so I asked him if he noticed the scratch. He said he never saw the scratch and came in and looked at it. He suggested I should just call the company I purchased it from and have them bring out a new door. I said I would rather he just take it down so I could exchange it since it was within the return window because who knows how long it would take to deal with it his way. He took it down and put it in my car for me. He said multiple times he didn't scratch it. He offered to come back and hang the new microwave if I could get it replaced, but it was a special order item and took another 2 weeks to arrive. I was irritated that there was not an apology for all the inconvenience. Fine, you don't want to accept responsibility for the scratch--who knows how it got there, but no one said I am so sorry this happened I know it was an inconvenience and this isn't how we normally do business. For around 2 hours worth of work, I was quoted $550 and billed $525, and I still had to put the replacement microwave in myself after it finally arrived. I will say, they cleaned up after themselves and I appreciated that. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for me. My advice, just spend the extra money when you're building your house and put in the built-in then to save all the hassle.

We had several electric contractors look at a problem we had been having. These were the only guys how could find the problem and get it fixed. Highly recommend them!!!

Linnebur Electric's quality of work and professionalism are exceptional. Having worked with a number of electricians across the state, this experience has been by far the best. I highly recommend them!
