This Walgreens has the absolute best pharmacy! Everyone that works in this pharmacy goes above and beyond to help all customers! I appreciate everyone there! They truly care.

Old lady is supper slow at check out.nEverything else is fine at store.nPosted hours in picture as of 09/25/2020

They lack competence on a simple cash back transaction. I suggest a retrain or re-evaluation of your staff.

Filled a scripted here took forever and the guy that did my check in was so lost.

Sitting in my car after my unfathomably horrendous experience in there...so if corporate comes to check the reviews ever, please check the cameras to verify what I’m about to say. 9:45-9:52AM on Thursday May 23rd 2019....I’m extremely ill today and taking care of a toddler at home, I came to get medicine and coffee. A lady in the cold and flu isle who worked there didn’t look at me or ask if I needed help. Her filling cart was taking up a lot of space so finally I asked where the DayQuil was...I wish you guys could have seen this woman who clearly HATES her job. She raises her Finger as if a zombie pointing to prey, rolls her eyes bigger than I’ve ever seen and doesn’t say anything. Well that was definitely the rudest and most challenging to wrap my mind around happening that I’ve encountered all week.nnTHEN, I see my total, and it’s too expensive. The lady in the vest, Latina lady perhaps a manager asked if I found everything okay. I hesitated and said “Well I wanted to find cheaper DayQuil than this, but the lady who “helped” me in the isle was extremely short and rude with me so I just grabbed to what she pointed to and left the area.” To which this unbelievable garbage human replies, “Mmmhmmm thanks have a great day.”nnIs this a Wichita thing? I’m newer to the area, from a Fort Worth and if people want to keep their jobs there they don’t treat customers as if they killed their puppy for absolutely no sane or logical reason. WTF is wrong with people?????? Needless to say, I’ll not be going back to this one, I’ll be moving my prescriptions I fill elsewhere and notifying my insurance company. Thankfully I have a big following on social media as I plan to share my Walgreens experience with the lot of them. No place who hires people who ruin customers days because they personally hate their jobs or lives is going to get any more business from me and I’m going to let as many people as I can know about it. It’s my civic duty in a time where choosing to be a consumer wherever we do choose should be valued in this economy.
