I only use BBW products and I love them. Only buy when the clearance sales are going on. I walked in and no one said hello but I don't like being bombarded by salespeople. As I found what I wanted, a lovely lady did help me and showed me some other items. Very caring and lovely demeanor. Satisfied with my purchase and service.

Honestly Bath and Body is my favorite store love the body products and the home products. This location is the main one I go to but I have shopped at every location in Wichita, Kansas and have received excellent service. The staff at this location is always helpful and very polite without making me feel pressured. I also shopped online with excellent service. Highly recommend both the products and the staff at this location for an enjoyable shopping experience
