Rally House Wichita West

Shopped at the Rally House on Maize road and wasn’t finding what I needed. Adrian helped me before I even asked and was so kind! I can’t thank her enough! Great place to shop for KU/KSTATE merchandise!

The associates are very nice. The store is clean. They have a huge selection of sports wear.

Won’t be back. The associates are all rude and dresses very sloppy and I placed an order for curbside and when I called the number both given to me via email and on the front door the guy I talked to acted completely clueless and told me I had to come in to get any orders. Why offer curbside if you have to come in?

Customer service was horrible. When I walked in there was a girl bending over the counter and glared at us and 3 other workers just laughing, playing on their phones and talking about child support and other inappropriate topics. They just stood around and I wanted to check out the Chiefs section but they didn't move even when I walked through to see what the selection was. To say the least, I didn't purchase anything because I didn't get the opportunity to look at what I intended to come in for and the workers refused to move or provide customer service. In addition, the girl bent over the counter from the beginning continued to glare at us as we left the store and no response to us leaving.
