I am astonished at the young gentleman behavior I just received. His name was Christopher and I had a question in regards to a promotional deal. He told me he wasn't sure of the deals and he could ring it up and if it didn't apply I could refund it. It turned out to not be part of the promotion so he paged for his manager she came to the front looked down the aisle and was searching. I went to go assist her and show her the sign I saw just in case it was ringing up incorrectly or something. As I was leaving I told Christopher sorry for irritating you as he searched the ads in a rude demeanor. He said nothing to me then proceeded to talk about me with his lady co-workernasni walked back. I did nothing but inquire and they made me feel like I worked for them. The manager was the only individual who had excellent customer service. I will not be visiting this location again and hope they counsel Christopher as well as the young lady he was speaking with. I was in this Walgreens yesterday and she helped me and when she rang me up she did not say if she was ready for me to come to her register, greet me or say any form of acknowledgement.nGod bless this young people. I am 28 and the Lord has blessed me with knowing how to speak with individuals in the world.nAshley

Really disappointed with the customer service. I specifically asked for a certain brand and flavor of cigarettes, and the person gave me the wrong ones. I guess I was wrong to assume that he grabbed the ones I asked for. I'm not able to exchange them even though they're unopened.

Always fast and helpful. Employees are knowledgeable. Love going here for essentials to avoid the big grocery store. The prices are about the same, and I earn rewards points quickly. Even bought over $30 of with points once.
