Walgreens

Called asking for a very simple product check, and was met with a very unwilling associate. Asked if they carried a certain type of meal supplement. I knew from past experience that they had carried the shakes, but was unsure if they carried the clear versions, as I have a stomach condition that was flaring up near closing. The associate then tried to tell me they only carried “common, name brand shakes”. I tried telling her again, you carry the brand, but I’m looking for a specific type. The associate was very unwilling to help, or even put me on hold to ask anyone else in the store, or even check herself if they had it. Had to drive 5 miles out of my way to go to a different store just to get what I needed. At least the associates at 21st and Maize will pretend like they want to be there. Even though I live less than a mile from this location, I won’t be returning. Walgreens is now a “last resort” choice for me now. Hope this associate figures out what she wants to do in life, cause customer service isn’t it for her. ud83dude12 would give this store 0 stars if I could.

The child they have running the register has major issues. Instead of just being at the register they have her running all over the store. Quit running a skeleton crew and maybe you'd have less issues with customers. Remember your store is private property but it stays open because the public buy there. Without people your store would close in weeks. To the child running the register learn to deal with the public and do your job.

Only shop at the pharmacy and have always been impressed with the staff. They’re all very kind despite the stress they’re under when dealing with upset customers and a long line.nnWhen asking about a medication one of the pharmacists even suggested an alternative to my doctor which saved me almost $800 dollars. He didn’t have to do that but went out of his way, what a great experience.

Some lady that worked there took the lipstick I was going buy from me because I had put some on the palm of my hand to see the color of it knowing I was going to buy it. She wasn’t even nice about it. She said “You can’t do that” and just took it. Didn’t even ask if I was planning on buying it. Wouldn’t recommend going here, I was completely embarrassed.

I've always had good experiences with pharmacy and photo ! Always a clean store and good customer service!
