I've always had a great experience at this service center. I've used them for the last 7 years. Recently there was a minor issue with some of the work they did, and to make matters worse we moved to another state before we noticed the problem. After making our case to the manager it was taken care of 100 percent. I really appreciated the degree of professionalism that Jennifer exhibited. I'll still use this Service Center when I'm in town.
These folks are really nice and do their best to help. I have a frustration though. My car randomly decides to not start. But the dealership can't find anything wrong with it. This is exhausting. Every time I go get in my car I just pray that it starts.
Staff was friendly and service was done quickly. I asked them not to wash my car as I only hand wash it but they ran it through the car wash anyway.
The two ladies working today were super friendly; however, I’m only giving three stars because I feel that $121 for an oil change and tire rotation was a bit steep. (This is $45-50 more than what I’ve paid at other places.)
Great service--- problem taken care of rapidly.
