I would have loved to do business here as most of the reviews for service was great. However, I walked in to the store and was never even greeted or offered assistance. There were 4 people working- in uniform shirt. 1 was actively helping another customer, 1 was on the phone assisting someone, I'm not sure what the other 2 were actually doing as they had some casual personal conversation going with each other. After 5 minutes of standing near the counter, waiting for someone's attention, I walked out. No excuse for at not being at least greeted. The next auto parts place I went to down the street was busy, but at least someone greeted me and offered to assist as soon as they were finished helping current customer.

I came in several days ago with a few concerns.nTyson was very knowledgable and helpful.nSpecial thanks to Adam as well. Great shop for auto needs.
