The guy Tyler quoted me a price, but after it was finished he doubled the price on me without even telling me. They didn't even do what I asked, i wanted a sunroof replaced and brought in my own glass, they replaced the whole sunroof instead of the glass only and now my sunroof doesn't work. Had they just replaced the glass like I requested it would still work. He thought he could take advantage of me. I'm suggesting ppl like me stay away from that place period...rip off job to the extreme. - Jerry Beasley.
Quick ,friendly , and made an exception to travel a little further than service area to help me ..
They were friendly, very fast and easy to work with. Glass appears to be installed nicely, my only gripe is that I can hear the broken fasteners in the hatch when you open it, like a pachinko machine. The plastic will have to come off and be re-installed correctly and probably replace some of those tabs. Even had some fall out when I first opened the hatch.
Fantastic experience with these guys! Super pleasant, very professional and absurdly quick.
They did a great job replacing my windshield! It's been 3 weeks, and I haven't had a single problem! It's like brand new! They are extremely courteous and professional, the work is top notch, and they had it done very quickly! I highly recommend The Glassman to anyone who needs a windshield replaced!
