Mastertech rebuilt the transmission in my 2007 Monte Carlo SS. Mike treated me with respect and went out of his way to explain everything they would touch in the transmission, what they would upgrade and why, ahead of time. This established a lot of confidence in their capability. Their rate was fair. The work was done on time and my car and transmission work great. I would highly recommend Mastertech for resolving transmission issues.

My transmission wasn't shifting properly so I had them check it out. The said everything appeared fine and said it looked lit the Throttle Position Sensor seemed to have an issue. Replaced it and truck began shifting fine. Thanks for the honest and not trying to gouge me.

They were able to get my Ford Escape in same day I called. Polite, upfront, easy to work with. Called me after driving it and said they couldn't find any problems. Based on mileage suggested serving the transmission with a flush and BG. Finished before time they gave me. Works great. Will go back in the future.

Dear Mike, Cheryl and crew, thank you for taking care of our 2000 Chrysler Concord LXI. The auto shift is so smooth it is hard to notice that it happened. We bought the vehicle new and I do not think the transmission has ever responded as well as it does now. Thanks again.
