Truly fast and friendly people. I have major anxiety when going to get oil changes, mostly because they always seems to find somethingggggg else wrong with the car (it's a well taken care of 2007 dodge) than just the oil change I came for. Valvoline did a full car inspection and listed what may need to be updated but put no pressure on me to buy. I really appreciated not being seen as a money bag and more like a person who just wants an oil change!!
The staff was quick and very through. You wait in your car as they work. They answered questions for me. We do recommend this business
I received a transmission flush at the location on central. I later developed transmission issues and the mechanic found that my plug was leaking and I was low on transmission fluid. Because it took so long to develop issues valvoline denied my claim. I just wanted them to cover the cost of replacing the plug only they could have damaged. Don’t expect honesty or quality service at that location.
Love not having to get out of the car. Great service. They offer you other stuff but not pushy at all.
What I like about this place is they cross check each other. They are serious about doing the right job. They do try to upsell you but are not pushy. Just hear them out and things go fine.nnOne other note...they have nets over the bays so nobody can fall in and a car can't drop down on the people below. I like that they spent a tiny bit more to protect everybody.
