Excellent customer service!nThe manager William, went out of his way to take care of my needs. I had pulled up to the air pump down the street at QT, only to find a cluster of nails in my tire and it would not hold air. I called Peerless Tires and the manager William, came over to QT changed tire to donut and I followed him back to his shop. His crew had my tire plugged and back on my car in no time. They even put my spare tire/tools back in their designated area properly.nNow days when good customer service is so hard to find, it is definitely very much appreciated!! Thank you William and your crew for getting me back on the road!!! I will return in the future, as well as recommend this company to all that are looking for exceptional customer service at an affordable rate!!nI would like to ad that I was prepared to buy a new tire due to the damage to my tire and William said not neccessary. Thanks again William, I appreciate your honesty.

I highly recommend this place. Joshua Matlock is the assistant manager and his customer service is outstanding! It was 4:30 and my husband blew a tire on the side of the highway we didn’t have a spare. This was the first time we have used Peerless and when I called Joshua was very quick with a response on a letting me know they had our tire size in stock and what the cost would be. I told him I was going to be pushing it with time because I had to go get the tire and bring it in. He said he would be willing to stay a little after closing if I wasn’t there by 6!! Lucky we got there about 545 and he already had the tire ready he was quick putting it on our rim and we were of if there in about 10 min! Great customer service and very nice to work with! We will be using Peerless Tires 4 less from now on!!
