Did a great job at repairing my chips in my windshield.
Exactly service set up appointment online for same day service when I arrived they advised it was set for next week but had an alternative and cheaper window in stock and would work me since I was traveling for work very friendly and fast service
Good guys. Good work. Good price
New windshield is wonderful. However. Safelite guys left a big mess of old glue and plastic across my dash, radio, center console, and floorboards. The plastic piece at the base of my windshield is broken on the drivers side, and was missing a screw one the passenger side. The dude also tried to steal my antenna! When we pointed out the antenna was missing, he claimed to have one from an f150 that he would give us. Turns out, it was my antenna from my tahoe! He stashed it in his toolbox and honestly thought we wouldn't notice. While having a fresh windshield is nice, I don't think it is worth the extra nonsense that accompanied it. Will not return to this location. The Hutchinson location was wonderful, went above and beyond and even vacuumed out the front of my kia that was taken in for chip repair. Utterly disappointed with this wichita location.n(The guys at the front desk for the automotive repair were very kind and helpful! This review is strictly for Randy with Safelite.)
Anthony at the 21st street location is top notch. Quick repair, looks great, and an employee with outstanding manners. I will recommend all my family and friends to get service on windshields with him. Thank you Anthony!!
