UPDATE 10/26/2020- Ryan and Lucas are amazing. Once they were aware that I didn’t have a rental vehicle at all they set up a reservation and I don’t have to worry about a thing! Truly amazing!nnMy car has been in the shop for almost three weeks now and I’ve been told over 6 times that my vehicle is repairable and then totaled. The lack of communication and punctuation is awful. They also don’t accommodate for a rental when they delay fixing your vehicle.

Collision Works was very effecient in dealing with me and my vehicle. I brought the damaged car in and they took care to inform me of what they were going to do and called the rental car company and made arrangements for me to get a rental car.
