I personally did not visit them for a tire yet. I was simply calling around to pricecheck.. however Bill picked up the phone and WAS EXTREMELY polite and helpful. 10/10 would recommend based on the customer service. If they care that much about a pricecheck to make sure I was completely satisfied then I can't imagine them doing anything but a perfect job.

Customer Service is phenomenal! The road hazard warranty is a must. Had a flat tire today and they took great care of it for me!!! Highly recommend Discount Tire!!!
Excellent service, staff is very customer friendly, and knowledgeable. Lots of techs to be sure everyone gets on time service. Would recommend making an appointment, since they are very busy usually.
