Pizza Hut

Ordered carry out, got home and realized they messed up half our order. We went back to the drive through and the car in front of us was arguing with the worker, we had to wait for them to stop fighting before we could pull up. We returned the incorrect order and they asked us to go park while they fixed it. 20 minutes later they came out and handed us the food, they forgot something else and ran back inside again. When we got home all the other food was cold. I’m a patient and understanding person but based on the other reviews and my own experience, this business is ran poorly and needs some serious help.

literally the WORST Pizza Hut. the guy called me back at 10:58 (they don’t close til 11), letting me know they’re closed and can’t make my order. i used to work at Pizza Hut and we were to make all orders that came through before 11pm. didn’t matter if it was a minute before. when asking if he can just cancel my order, he cuts me off before i finish with a loud and rude “NOPE”. definitely will not give my money to this place again. if i could put zero stars, i would.

I placed a delivery order for one large pizza and paid by phone but after one hour of waiting I called and was told it was a carry out but they would bring it. I call back 20 mins later because still no pizza. I spoke to the rude manager who accused me for their mistake, I told her I knew exactly what I ordered and how I ordered and now my pizza is one hour and 20 mins cold then she hung up the phone on me. I personally delivered the old cold pizza back to the rude, unprofessional manager and the dirty so called restaurant. Never again!!!

Came to the Pizza Hut about 2 weeks ago they messed up my order I call back they gave me a $15 credit When I call back if she act like she didn't know what I was talking about same lady same dirty shirt. Very unprofessional...I will not be going back to that pizza hut. By far the worst one in this town

I'm not a big fan of ud83cudf55 pizza but once in rare time it's fine and is not bad at all
