What an amazing place! I love it here! I first started with a 2 week and 4 week introduction package thinking I could try it and out see if this is right for me. Then I went to the summer packages and once summer was up I was paying for a full year of classes. I am hooked! This is the best workout I have ever had that allows me to understand my limitations and know how to work my body well. I still have struggles but the instructors here are there to listen and help. Before I didn't understand my body limitations and kept injuring myself while here I now know how to listen to my body better and inform the instructors of my struggles. Everyone is different and not everyone can do the same thing. I went from not being able to do a hand stand to learning the proper way to do a handstand. I don't know what I would do with out this place because initially I stepped into the place hoping to make some aches and pains go away that even the chiropractor and therapist couldn't help with weekly visits. If you are willing to be in tuned with your body and spirit and take a chance on learning proper yoga within time you will be as hooked as I am!

Try Satya Moon Yoga! The instructors are amazing and there are a variety of class types and levels to choose from. The staff truly cares about everyone who walks through the door. They are exactly what yoga teachers should be…someone who cares about your journey and wants to help you along your way, always reminding you to honor your body. Their knowledge, concern, honor, compassion and humor are what make them all so special. Try a class at Satya Moon; I do not believe you will be disappointed.

My husband and I travel a lot because of work and pleasure. I always look for a good place to relax and exercise. Spa locations, gyms, yoga classes etc... We visited Wichita for 3 weeks and I went to several places until I discover Satya Moon Yoga.nI can tell you is the best Yoga Studio that I have ever been, among many, many cities. Katerina and her team of Teachers are great. They can glance the room and understand the needs of each person. They care about you being better and improve. Looking forward to our visit next year! Keep up the good work!

I was hooked after visiting this place! You learn a lot from the instructors about yourself and get a great work out that I feel wouldn't be possible on my own. I do weights and run but they showed me ways to use other muscles against my own body that I didn't think of before. If you continue to return and give this place a shot you will enjoy it as much as I do and keep returning for more. No other yoga studio in town offers what this place has.

If you are new to yoga (or not), this is THE place in town to go. They are welcoming, grounded, knowledgeable and safe. In my first basic class with Satya Moon, I learned important tips on alignment and posture that I did not even learn in my yoga teacher training at a different studio. These tips really brought me into body awareness and shifted my practice. Satya Moon Yoga truly is an outstanding studio. The owner is compassionate and caring. Highly recommended!
