Absolutely my favorite gym. Plenty of equipment to suit a variety of workout types.

A perfect space for any training session - everything you could need. Competition barbells and specialty bars (SSB! Cambered!), tons of dumbbells, so many racks, calibrated plates (!), a belt squat, GHDs, plenty of cable machines. Turfed area and yoke. And a few varieties of cardio machines, if you're into that.nnEven to a traveling outsider, it's clear that Orlando and Mai have built a hell of a space and a community in this building. They were so welcoming and accommodating to us on a Saturday night!

Great facility! Power lifting, Strongman, Sports performance, whatever your goals this place has it and with a family feel you just don't get at the global gyms!
