My wife got fridge and dishwasher from them and supposed to be installed by them but instead the old lazy delivery mens just dropped them off in the garage and left talked with all managers but nothing so my wife want payed for someone to return it because home depot wont pick them up
we purchased some flooring for the kitchen- it scuffs very easily and is impossible to remove. They did not stand by their groutable laminate flooring. Home Depot nor the manufacturer has responded. Also purchased some carpet- we bought the best pad available and middle if the line carpet- worst carpet install ever- very rude men, yelling at me, and my husband for mismeasured carpet (done by them). Yelled at my 5yr old son for asking questions. Seams everywhere.nLowes is way better! Regretting ever stepping into this building.nOne good thing: Kitchen Counter install gentlemen did a good job.
