Bath & Body Works

I like the product but you have to watch very closely when they total your bill. Several times I have had to go back because I didn't get the discount they advertise. At Bradley Fair Wichita KS on 10/9, I purchased 4 foaming hand soap for $20 and 5 wallflowers supposed to be $24 but salesperson only rang up 4 so I did not get discount which would have been an extra $6 savings. Did not see the receipt until I was home. So disappointed in the service.

I love & appreciate their preferred customer coupons, which are available to everyone. The employees are very kind & cheerful.

Jamie was the rudest employee I have ever met. She yelled at me and my sister for smelling the soap, then she went to talk bad about us to the other employees. She shouldn’t work in any place with customer service because she’s just flat out rude. By the way we bought 18 soaps plus other goods, so we weren’t just screwing around. She ruined our favorite bath and body works.

Great place to shop for lotion, hand soap and bath products.
