We had a wonderful experience with Michelle when we purchased a glider for our nursery. Not only did she work to get us the best deal with coupons and other incentives, when there was an issue with our electronic receipt, she fixed it by retrieving our order from the mothership and sending it to us.nnI don’t know much about baby things yet but I do recognize good customer support when I’m spending real $$. We bought both are car seats here for are baby and both times asked for Jacob. He is absolutely the best and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for car seat.

The store is cool and has some great items but most of the employees are just rude and treat you like you're burdening them. High and mighty is how the women at the registry act every time I go in, call, or even use the customer service line. There is one gentleman there that is wonderful, he works in the carseat area and is just so pleasant!!

I went to buybuy baby earlier to purchase things I didn’t get on my registry. I was followed by not one or two but 5 employees. & every single one of them was rude to me. All because they thought I was going to steal from them.... but as soon as my mom came around.....who’s white.... they decided to leave me alone.nnI left the store in tears because all I wanted was to buy stuff for my baby. But instead was made to feel very uncomfortable.nnWon’t be shopping there again.

We bought a 600 dollars recliner for our baby room, and after waiting 4 weeks for it they just call me to tell me that the chair is ready and I can go and PICK IT UP AT THE STORE!! What wondeful customer service!!! We were not informed about it.nNow my husband who went thought a Heart cat, and me with a 8 months pregnancy have to go to pick up a chair that is not small at all!!nI am not spending one dollar more in that store ever!
